You may not display To Let or For Sale boards or any other forms of advertisement at your development. These boards are unsightly and will be taken down with associated costs being passed on to you if they are from you or your Estate Agent.
Moving in / Moving out
Short Term Letting
This could result in legal action being taken against you.
This may also be a breach of planning permission for the use of your flat as a residential dwelling only.
